Crafted from felled Blue Gum. This is a particularly sustainable wood to be working with as it is an alien species that threatens our water reserves. Blue Gum is a great wood to work with but it is important to understand that some natural cracking may occur. We adapt the wabi sabi principle and see it as an intregal part of the product and the nature of working with natural materials.
