General Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment is required before confirmation of Made to order items 
  • Many of our items are handmade so there can be slight variations - no two pieces are ever the same
  • Due to the customizable nature of many of our furniture pieces, rugs and other items - final combinations on colors and fabrics will be confirmed via email correspondence.
  • All made to order line furniture is final sale once the order has been placed into production. There will be a 24hr grace period from the time your order is placed until an order is put through to production, should you wish to cancel. 
  • All lead times are approximate and are subject to change. We endeavor to ship our orders out as soon as they are received from South Africa 
  • Shipments are made via third party companies. Sarza will not be held responsible for any damages after product has left our showroom/warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading, will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us and let us know immediately.
  • Sarza will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing issue.


Trade Specific Terms and Conditions

  • Trade program is available to accredited members of the trade (interior decorators/designers, Architects, general contractor and landscape architects) - applications will be approved within two days
  • On application approval the trade discounts will be applied to your items online.
  • Trade program will require a copy of business card and resale certificate.
