  The Serengeti inspired Slingshot Collection is a simplified take on the late modern sling chair typology, designed in South Africa for contemporary outdoor leisure.

  Distinctly masculine, the simple frame is crafted from laser cut stainless steel tube. The back legs penetrate the seat tubing, joining the back rest, to form a strong triangulated structure. With minimal visual components, the Slingshot Collection is the fixie of furniture – simple luxury in customizable colours. Rectangular seats & back rests in world leading performance fabrics (or thick leather for indoors) are finished with Iroko (African hardwood) end caps.

  Constructed to endure the elements, Slingshot Lounge Chairs have durable rust-proof stainless steel frames powder-coated in exterior grade UV stable, pure polyester with a luxe ferro grain finish. Elect the colour of your choice from our extensive colour palette. Luxe padded sling style seats in Sunbrella’s Heritage renaissance fabrics mean you get all the world leading outdoor performance with extra comfort. Wooden detailing in Iroko adds an element of warmth to the wide arm rests enabling you to linger longer out in nature.

  Minimalist, masculine frames are made in laser cut rust-proof stainless steel tubing with neat TIG welds. Customize your Slingshot Chair in one of our 19 refined powder coat colours (UV-stable pure polyester with a luxurious satin ferro-grain texture).

  

  
  ◄Heritage Renaissance Fabric Collection

  The 20mm thick padded seat and back rests of the Slingshot Collection are upholstered in Sunbrella’s Heritage Renaissance collection. Heritage upholstery fabric made of 50% virgin fibres and 50% recycled fibres. Colorful fibre ends from the process of reusing the primary material appear in the weave creating occasional rustic flecks of colours. It’s a unique fabric with an authentic natural look offered in earthen tones.

  

  
  ◄Wooden Components

  Wooden end caps and arm rests of the Slingshot chairs are made from Iroko – an African hardwood that has been treated with ProNature (www.pronature.co.za) outdoor oil. The oil seals and protects the timber against minor stains and nourishes the timber to preventing drying out when exposed to the outdoor elements.
