Hand carved wooden fish sculpture on a metal stand. Also referred to as Tar Berry wood, this wood is found in Zimbabwe along riverines, dams, swamps or as found wood in fields. The wood has a beautiful dark brown to reddish finish and has become one of the artist's favorites to work with over the years as it is soft and easy to work with.
