  • Returns & Refunds Policy

    1. Returns on Made-to-Order Products

    As most items are made specifically for each client, all made-to-order items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. This includes:

    • Furniture and lighting

    • Planters and rugs

    • Mirrors and artworks

    • Wallpaper orders

     

    2. Cancellations

    We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time an order is placed for cancellations. Please note that a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs.

     

    3. Defects and Damages

    If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Where a defect is confirmed, Sarza will work with the supplier to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

    This does not include:

    • Natural material variations

    • General wear and tear

    • Transit-related damage (which is subject to carrier claims)

     

    4. Returns on In-Stock Items (If Applicable)

    Return requests for in-stock items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply.

    • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    How to return an in-stock item:

    1. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    2. Email info@sarzastore.com to initiate the request.

    3. Once approved, mail your product to:

    5. Refunds (If Applicable)

    Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment.

     

    6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@sarzastore.com. We will then advise you on where the goods should be sent.

     

    7. Gifts

    • Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    • Not Marked as a Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
