We can also laminate wallpapers to make them ideal for humid spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms. Our paper finish wallpaper is PVC free and 100% recyclable. Printed with non-toxic latex inks and matt UV varnish, providing our clients with an eco-friendly, quality product. Robin Sprong’s customisable prints are endorsed with both Green Guard Gold® & UL ECOLOGO.

Classic Canvas Texture

Classic Linen NW 350g is a digitally printable linen-textured contract-quality vinyl wallcovering with a non-woven backing. I’m a born and bred Capetonian who qualified with a film degree and musical theatre licentiate. I have worked extensively as an actor, both locally and abroad. I share my time between art and illustration, performance, behind the scenes in costume design, while continuing to build my portfolio. I have a keen eye for art, fashion, creativity and detail; I am always creating something and immersing myself in art and aesthetics. I’m a self-taught artist, having explored and experimented in multiple mediums, though my preferred medium is ink on paper.

My work is predominantly architecturally focused, drawing inspiration from local heritage buildings. Whether Victorian, Edwardian or Cape Dutch, the structural details, shape and design of Cape Town’s buildings fascinate me. I enjoy capturing street scenes, the crowded overlapping buildings, the juxtaposition of the old and new world, as well as the detailed facades of historic buildings. The joy, for me, is in the quirks; the patterns, the unexpected shapes, the squiggly lines. There is something new that is awakened by giving these majestic buildings a comical style in the interpretation.

My love for design, décor, art and fashion also extends into the creation of interior-style illustrated pieces. Colour, prints, antique furnishings or chic modern styling all inspire the creation of comical and quirky reimagined spaces.

It gives me great joy bringing my work to life.
