Este originates from Pretoria, South Africa, and now lives in Berkshire England.
Este has transitioned to surface design from her background in ceramic and textile design. Her style represents a more abstract feel, but there is a strong sense of familiarity brought to the forefront of the audience’s mind by the use naturalistic shapes and themes.
Este’s works are also inspired by themes such as travel, nature, dreams, seasons, and sentiments. She also enjoys incorporating forms present within her everyday surroundings into her designs.
The layering of colours within her designs, including simplified plant forms & her trademark floral depictions, ensure a freshness and vibrant energy throughout her work. -
The wallpaper substrates we use come in a range of finishes suitable for different environments. Each is fire retardant in accordance with EN13501-1:2007. Our paper finish wallpaper is PVC free and 100% recyclable. This wallpaper makes me so happy! ![User picture]()
I have wanted to wallpaper a small oddly shaped wall that has a door way and a stairwell on it for a year. I wanted a bright, vibrant and wild pattern. I looked and looked for the pattern that spoke to me. When I found the Sarza site the problem was that I like all of the paper! Narrowing it down was hard. While I feel like the paper was fairly priced it was not cheap so blindly ordering off a website I had never heard of was a leap of faith. I’m so glad I took the leap. This paper is gorgeous. They worked with me and my oddly shaped wall to get the right amount of paper and it was made and shipped much sooner than I expected. My mom helped me hang the paper. I have enough experience hanging paper and my mom has a ton of experience. She said it was the easiest paper that she has ever worked with. The pattern matched beautifully and the paper is so heavy it’s easy to repositions without ripping. Every time I walk through this room I get a little thrill. I love this paper so much. I feel like it will last for years even in a high traffic area.
