Great Experience

Great experience! We were in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa in July and fell in love with the David Ballam art that we saw virtually everywhere we went. Once we returned home, we discovered that we could purchase his art through Sarza. Everything was so easy from the time that I set up our account with Sarza (giving us a 10% discount on our first purchase, which really helped on the price of the limited edition art), to the actual purchase, and finally the delivery this week. Now we cannot wait to have it framed and hung in our house. We will definitely be shopping with Sarza again.

Thanks for this lovely review.
We look forward to seeing it framed and hung and may it remind you of your African travels every day,

Delayed purchase but over the moon with it!

Purchased an absolutely stunning framed David Ballam print from Sarza that I could not love more. It was packaged extremely well and came in perfect condition. It did take quite a bit longer to arrive than expected, actually more than a month longer than estimated which I understood considering difficulties due to the holidays and covid related delays. I only deducted 1 star because I would have greatly appreciated a more proactive response in the communication regarding the delay with my order. I had to reach out in order to find this out when I got no update regarding my order weeks after it was estimated to have arrived. That being said, I would definitely purchase from this store again in the future, I am over the moon with my purchase.

Thanks Danielle, I appreciate your feedback and your constructive criticism.
Enjoy your beautiful David Ballam artwork.
